Nicole Taylor - Owner and Director
My passion for hairstyling began as a Jr. Session Stylist for KEVIN.MURPHY and REDKEN, where I honed my skills as a young runway hairstylist in the early 2000s.
More recently, in 2023, I had the privilege of working with O&M (Original Mineral) as a backstage Session Stylist and Hair Director's Assistant on seven shows during Australian Fashion Week (#AUSFW #AAFW) directly under iconic hair directors Becc Snow, Pauline McCabe, John Pulitano, Travis Balcke and Ben Martin to name a few.
In addition to this, I was honored to be selected as one of eight stylists nationwide for the GHD STYLE SQUAD 2023/24, an achievement that leaves me truly speechless #ghdstylesquad2023.
In 2024, I had the opportunity to work editorially alongside multi-award-winning Natalie Anne, contributing to the launch of NA Espresso Martini X Underground Spirits at the Salon Lane Launch.
Further, I worked Sydney Fashion Week 2024 #AFW24 in the Natalie Anne celebrity and influencer Glam Suite, and assisted Natalie Anne on set as her second stylist during the #vinniesnsw project with Fashion Stylist Styled by Bloom. Lastly worth mention, I have had the honour of attending AHIA Australian Hair Industry Awards styling hair for the closing ceremony runway.
These experiences are among the recent highlights of my career to date.
Prior throughout my 24-year career, my dedication to hairstyling has been unwavering.
My journey into hair education began with a Hairdressing Cert III (2001), followed by a Hairdressing Masters Cert IV (2012), a Cert IV in TAE 'Training & Assessment' (2015), and a Cert III in Barbering (2017).
These academic achievements have been integral to my professional growth and my industry connections locally and nationally.
For the past 17 years, I have been living my dream of running my own bridal company based in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.
I am sort after for modern and feminine bridal hairstyling - with expertise in creating chic tousled waves, bouncy blowouts, undone knots, textured chignons, sleek buns, bridal ponytails and timeless glamour waves for my clientele.
Each bride receives my undivided attention and meticulous care on their wedding day.
As a highly professional hairstylist, I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques, and i believe this shows across our social platforms.
My approach combines a passion for creativity with an unwavering dedication to excellence.

I crave travel. The Indonesian Islands of Bali and Europe’s Basque Coastline are places I hold dear and love to visit often. European summer cant be beat!

Weddings are my absolute favorite! Whether it’s the gowns, the romance, or all the little details, I adore styling bridal hair.

I’ve had a VOGUE subscription since I was a teenager, I still get excited when a new issue arrives.
Fashion is art to me!

I’m totally obsessed with interior design and architecture, which is probably why I adore European cities so much.

Fifteen years ago, I married my husband in a timeless beachside black tie soirée. I still have my gown and wouldn’t change a thing about our special day.

on a day off I love the ocean, sun-kissed skin and salty hair, especially with a glass of champagne in hand.

I have 2 beautiful adult children Summer and Van. Alongside 3 Chihuahua children that I adore, Pèpè, Chi Chi and Mimi.

the studio
Our studio is located 2mins from Coolum Beach on Sunshine Coast, this space is a private hair studio for our client trials & bridal appointments.
This bridal space is adjoined to our Sass + Niki Beachside Villa - an exclusive AirBnB property situated beachside on Yaroomba Beach in holiday seasons.
Alternatively we also lease a professional private salon suite in Mooloolaba for bridal trials, in the lead to you appointment you will be advised on your appointment location.
We stock in the studio + style with on location O&M, NATALIE ANNE HAIRCARE, THE OUAI, REDKEN & KEVIN MURPHY styling products.
Our styling tools are supplied by GHD PROFESSIONAL, Y.S PARK PROFESSIONAL, CLOUD NINE + DYSON PRO HAIR.
These product lines have been selected after many years as a professional Hairstylist & Hairdresser. They assist in the delivery of our flawless high quality bridal + editorial hairstyling.
